This is an update to the ongoing research into concerns about the authenticity of slates and clapperboards circulating in the marketplace. One of my favorite programs on television is Pawn Stars, which airs on The History Channel. Pawn Stars is a reality series about the Gold and Silver Pawn Shop in Las Vegas run by “The Old Man”, his son Rick, and his grandson “Big Hoss”. Late last year, the “Museum of Interesting Things” opened at the Nymboida Coaching Station Inn in Australia. Russell Crowe has donated original movie props and costumes from many of his films for display at the museum.
