ScreenUsed is holding their next live auction on Saturday, August 25th. The company has their own branded iCollector-type website for online bidding as well as bidding on iCollector.com. With well over 200 lots, as per tradition much of them have reasonable starting bids and no reserve.

The company will with this auction begin to host their events on their own website (rather than third-party services like LiveAuctioneers and iCollector). ScreenUsed is holding their next two-day, quarterly live auction on Saturday, March 19th and Sunday, March 20th. Day 1 will be done online-only, while Day 2 will be happening live at the Silicon Valley Comic Con (running March 18-20). Both will have online bidding as an option. The PDF catalog will include Day 2 items only; the rest will available to view via online bidding partner, iCollector. The sale features key pieces from the Back To The Future franchise, and Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, and Lea Thompson will be guests at the convention.

Following up on their recent Back To The Future two-day auction event, ScreenUsed is expanding their quarterly live auction to a two-day format as well, with Day 1 being “completely automated” over iCollector (with time added onto each item if bids are made in the final minutes) and Day 2 being run manually, lot to lot. There is a PDF catalog for Day 2 only, and all lots for both days are listed with online bidding partner, iCollector. Day 1 has 363 lots and Day 2 has 237 lots (600 total); Day 2 features the higher end selection of items for this Fall auction. VIP Fan Auctions has begun listing original props, costumes, and set pieces from popular sitcom The Office as part of their ongoing eBay listings of original, direct from the studio memorabilia. Officially sanctioned by NBC Universal, the first offerings include one of Michael Scott’s Dundie Awards, Andy Bernard’s Diploma from Cornell University, a full outfit worn by Pam Beesly, and suits worn by Michael Scott and Jim Halpert. This is an amazing year at Comic Con in San Diego for the sheer number of original television and movie props on display at various booths and exhibits in and outside of the convention.
