On November 24th, again in conjunction with Turner Classic Movies, they will host the “TCM Presents… There’s No Place Like Hollywood” live auction New York (and simulcast in Los Angeles) on November 25th. Martin discusses the upcoming “Hollywood Legends” auction and some of the material offered for sale, including the much talked about dresses owned and worn by Whitney Houston, which has garnered a lot of mainstream media attention due to her recent death. As mentioned in past articles, the NRA’s National Firearms Museum in Fairfax, Virginia has been hosting a “Hollywood Guns” exhibit this year, and now a 46-page catalog of the pieces on display has been made available.
