Silicon Valley Comic Con 2017 Live and Online Auction by ScreenUsed Happening on April 23rd

ScreenUsed is holding their next live auction on Sunday, April 23rd.   The ScreenUsed Silicon Valley Comic Con auction catalog is now online on their official site and open for pre-bidding, featuring 191 lots including props, costumes, and other memorabilia from film and television.  SVCC will be running from April 21st to April 23rd. ScreenUsed is holding their next quarterly live auction on Saturday, December 10th.  The company will with this auction begin to host their events on their own website (rather than third-party services like LiveAuctioneers and iCollector).  Additionally, back in September they began to host “Timed Daily Auctions”, with 15 new items every weekday.

ScreenUsed is holding their next two-day, quarterly live auction on Saturday, March 19th and Sunday, March 20th.  Day 1 will be done online-only, while Day 2 will be happening live at the Silicon Valley Comic Con (running March 18-20).  Both will have online bidding as an option.  The PDF catalog will include Day 2 items only; the rest will available to view via online bidding partner, iCollector.  The sale features key pieces from the Back To The Future franchise, and Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd, and Lea Thompson will be guests at the convention.

Following up on their recent Back To The Future two-day auction event, ScreenUsed is expanding their quarterly live auction to a two-day format as well, with Day 1 being “completely automated” over iCollector (with time added onto each item if bids are made in the final minutes) and Day 2 being run manually, lot to lot.  There is a PDF catalog for Day 2 only, and all lots for both days are listed with online bidding partner, iCollector.   Day 1 has 363 lots and Day 2 has 237 lots (600 total); Day 2 features the higher end selection of items for this Fall auction.  As usual with their auctions, there are no reserves or estimates, with the starting price taking it if there is only one bid,

ScreenUsed, an online dealer who built some of their initial inventory back in the day on incredible material from the Back To The Future film franchise, will be holding two auctions this month in conjunction with the celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the first movie.  In partnership with BackToTheFuture.com and WereGoingBack.com, they will have a live auction in Los Angeles on October 24th and an online-only auction concluding a week later on October 31st.  The live auction will take place at the Hollywood United Methodist Church gym, the filming location of the famous “Enchantment Under The Sea” dance in the original film.
