LOTS AVAILABLE FOR PREVIEW BEGINNING AUGUST 11, 2018 BY APPPOINTMENT
(Los Angeles, Calif. – August 11, 2018) – ScreenUsed, industry leader in the field of original film and television production memorabilia sales, will host its annual auction on Saturday, August 25th. Online viewing and pre-bidding of lots began on August 11 and runs through August 25 at 10am PST. The live online auction begins at 10am PST on Saturday, August 25, 2018.
ScreenUsed has been hosting auctions and selling original film and television production memorabilia since 2003 with auctions active on their website year-round plus periodic special auctions. At last year’s ScreenUsed auction, the most valuable item sold in the auction was a Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope / Original Stormtrooper (Sandtrooper) Helmet which sold for $228,000. Over 225 original movie and television props and wardrobes from many iconic production will be available in this auction.
“With this year’s annual auction, it looks like props and wardrobe came out of the woodwork from the 1980s and 1990s. Of course we have many items from more recent productions, and even a Bumblebee vehicle from a film that has not hit theaters yet!” explained Desi DosSantos, co-founder of ScreenUsed.
