As reported back in June, RM Auctions (in association with Sotheby’s) offered at auction “The James Bond Car” – a 1965 Aston Martin featured in the James Bond films Goldfinger and Thunderball, starring Sean Connery. Membership passes for San Diego Comic Con International 2011 will go on sale at 9:00 am Pacific Time on November first. Next year’s show will be held July 21-24. For the past several years, tickets have sold out online far in advance of the show. There is no on-site registration, and the passes including the special Wednesday “Preview Night” were sold out at this past year’s event, so none will be made available online this year. [Read more…]
