Liquidation of assets following the much publicized closure of 20th Century Props continues, following a number of auctions held by Great American Group and now, Super Auctions. The business also has a standing eBay listing for $1.5 million dollars for the remaining assets and rights to the business itself. All is marketed as building toward a “Special Auction” on October 17-18th.
As noted in past articles (see Original Prop Blog > 20th Century Props for full coverage), Super Auction has followed Great American Group in working to liquidate the massive inventory for the company. In addition to marketing the sale on their website, I have also received a postcard in the mail advertising the “Major Liquidation” (click images for higher resolution):
Additionally, outside of the Super Auctions promotions, 20th Century Props has listed the business and remaining assets for sale on eBay for $1.5 million dollars (see “20th Century Props Business Sale Store Rental Warehouse“):
Given the enormous amount of material being liquidated, it may take quite some time to sell the assets of the business.
