Website Name: Star Trek Auction Listings (“The Archive”)
Website URL: http://startrekpropcollector.com/trekauctions/
Website Description: “The Star Trek Auction Listings Archive is a compilation of past Trek-related auction listings. It was created by Memory Alpha contributors Bp, Jörg, and Enzo Aquarius to be used as a reference for writing articles there, and to satisfy curiosity. None of us are in any way affiliated with Christie’s, Profiles in History, or It’s a Wrap. We just like to compile Star Trek related information.”

Updates/Activity: This is a reference site, so there is no interaction with other members – it is like a Star Trek prop auction results information library resource. Given the dedication of the group behind this effort, I expect it will grow with updates from the ongoing It’s a Wrap auctions as well as past and future auction events.
My Experience & Personal Review:
This is a great resource for Star Trek original prop collectors.
As I’ve made a point of repeating, provenance and authenticity are critical to the hobby, and information is power. There are limited ways in which one can research original props. Most auction listings and results are soon lost after a sale. This, along with sites like PropCatalogs.com, are great resources for hobbyists for a variety of reasons.
This content can be of potential value to collectors seeking information about what Star Trek props have been sold into the marketplace. Now, collectors can know if something has been publicly offered for sale from It’s a Wrap, Christies, and some of the other auction houses, by way of this website.
I’m very impressed that a site has been created with such a wealth of information right out of the gate. Much gratitude to those who have taken the time to put together this resource for other collectors. Highly recommended, and I’d suggest, if you have any information/data from past auctions that have not yet been covered to pass it along to this group to add to the archive.
