My Experience & Personal Review:
This is a great resource for original prop collectors and fans of film and television.
There is a fairly substantive list of films, and while some are not as comprehensive as others, I would recommend starting at the “Lots of Pictures” page.
Given that the site owner is a professional location scout, he really knows his stuff.
I found the site by way of searching for information about V: The Final Battle, and there are some great insights into the filming of both V miniseries.
As an example of content on the site, below are two photos – one screen shot from the series, one contemporary shot of the same location as it is today:
I’ve found the site to be a great, informative resource and entertaining read. There is a wealth of information, and I think original prop hobbyists might be particularly interested in the content, in that it is a great compliment to having an original artifact from a favorite film or television show – being able to learn about and perhaps visit a filming location.
Highly recommended.
