Premiere Props Files False “Unpaid Item” Report to eBay
This is an update to my article posted Friday: Premiere Props, Hollywood Roadshow, Auction Outcome Manipulation

Now, after refusing to deliver an item won at auction, invoiced, and paid for, following eBay’s ruling that Premiere Props is in violation of their “Seller Non-Performance” policy, and after Premiere Props has left me retaliatory negative feedback, Premiere Props has made false statements to eBay by filing an “Unpaid Item Mutual Agreement ” report:
With this notice, Premiere Props claims, in writing, the following:
The seller, premiereprops16 tells us you have mutually agreed not to complete the transaction (e.g. because you returned or are returning the item for a refund or because there was a misunderstanding) and has requested a credit for their eBay fees.
With this eBay filing, Premiere Props claims:
1) I did not pay for the item (by virtue of the nature of the filing: “Unpaid Item”)
2) I agreed not to complete the transaction
Both of these statements are absolutely false.
